Registration fees: The early registration rate of $550 will run through March 31, 2017. Beginning April 1, 2017, the full Conference registration rate of $650 will be in effect. Onsite registration fee is $700.

Cancellation policy: Please notify the Space Science Institute in writing (e-mail or regular mail) prior to March 31, 2017 for cancellations. Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Please allow 10-15 business days for the issuance of any approved refunds.

SSI may photograph some Conference events for later use, distribution, or archival activities, such as annual reports of the institute, social media posts, etc. If attendees do not wish to be photographed or recorded by others (e.g., due to proprietary results), please notify the session chair.

The organizers (the Space Science Institute) do not accept liability for any personal accident, loss, or damage to private property which may be incurred as a result of participation in the Conference.
