Cancellation policy: Accompanying person registrations are non-refundable.

SSI may photograph some Conference events for later use, distribution, or archival activities, such as annual reports of the institute, social media posts, etc. If https://manage.webconnex.com/attendees do not wish to be photographed or recorded by others (e.g., due to proprietary results), please notify the session chair.

The organizers (the Space Science Institute) do not accept liability for any personal accident, loss, or damage to private property which may be incurred as a result of participation in the Conference.
